Getting to the Abbey
Transportation
The Abbey arranges for transportation to the school with Fleet Transportation long-haul shuttles from Bethesda and from Northern Virginia and with a school owned shuttle bus from the Ft. Totten Metro Stop.
There are three long-haul shuttles:
From Bethesda and Upper Northwest Washington ($1,400 / year)
• The Church of the Little Flower parking lot 7:00 am
• Friendship Heights (4451 Jenifer St NW, Washington, DC 20015) 7:10 am
• Glover Rd NW parking lot (By the Rock Creek Park Nature Center) 7:20 am
From McLean/Arlington in Northern Virginia ($1,600 / year)
From Alexandria in Northern Virginia ($1,600 / year)
• Belle View Shopping Ctr, 1632 Belle View Blvd, Alexandria (In front of Safeway) 6:35 am
• Bradlee Shopping Ctr, King St & W Braddock Rd, Alexandria (Next to McDonalds) 6:55 am
The Metro Shuttle picks up in the morning starting at 7:20 am. ($170 / year)
In the afternoon, the Shuttle will take students to the Metro at 3:30 pm, 5 pm, and 6 pm and is free of charge.
