Magnus Health
Magnus Health is a web-based system that will give parents continuous access to their child’s medical records as well as the ability to make updates when needed. Magnus Health will also provide us with a secure and more efficient way to collect and manage our students’ health forms and medical records and to communicate with parents. Please note that you will retrieve from and submit all completed health forms directly to Magnus Health via their web-based system. Any health forms submitted directly to the School will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
We ask that you complete the health information and forms required within your Magnus Health account for each student attending St. Anselm’s Abbey School no later than August 9, 2022 (July 30th for students who plan to play varsity soccer). Please note that students will not be allowed to attend classes (or participate in varsity soccer pre-season) until all required health forms have been completed and approved.
The Magnus Health App can be found when logged into the Panther Portal.
